Revelations-from the Father

His love shines at Calvary, now I proclaim that Jesus reigns in victory! From the cross, from the grave, He rose victoriously. Son of God, King of love, He reigns victoriously.
The Father finds so much joy in you & who He created you to be! Let that joy radiate through you today, & every day. Because the Lord is good, when there is nothing good in you. He is love when you feel unloved, peace when there's war in your heart/mind, truth when nothing seems right, hope when you feel lost & confused, light in those darkest moments, & He is life when you feel numb. Let Him bring you to life today!! You will never be the same when you welcome Him in to be your comforter. Be second, because nothing matters more than He does! I promise you, nothing  compares to the love of your Father. He created you, He loves you, & He will never, ever leave you. We are each His beloved.
Jesus died on the cross that day, not because He had to, but because He chose to. He wanted to sacrifice Himself, even for those who will never choose Him. That is His kind of love. He suffered, bled, & died so that we may each have life & life abundantly. Tell me, what greater gift is there than His love for you? I promise sweetheart, there isn't one. Having a relationship with Him isn't about rules & rituals. It's just that, a relationship. It is a two way love, & it is eternal. He is our eternal love. It isn't this, "Oh God is for those who need something to keep them going." No. The Lord is there all the time. In the laughter, tears, joys, & pains the Father is present. Look around you...you can see Him if you open your eyes, heart, & mind to all that He can do for you. & He does it because He is so in love with you. He doesn't care who you are, what color your skin is, what you look like, & what you have done. He loves you because you are His child. Embrace that & see what He can do in your life.

Being a believer isn't all sunshine & flowers, it's rough. Daily I am looked down upon for following the Father. Daily I fail Him, I screw up. I could say it's just because I'm human but it's really because I am not without sin. We all are, even pastors. We make mistakes, we aren't perfect. That's why we turn to the only one who is, Jesus Christ. I cannot stress enough the amount of love our Creator has for us. He is the greatest Father one could ever have/need/want. He is without sin, therefore you can lean into Him & know you are safe. The Father's arms are always open, He'll never push you away, or tell you you're not good enough. When you allow Him to be in control of your life, He becomes the good that is inside of you. He is good even when your heart is in a million pieces. You begin to see the world through His eyes. Let Him show you how He feels, what He sees.

I am so thankful that the Lord is allowing me to see things the way He does.
However, with this I am realizing how what we are doing is breaking His heart...for mine is breaking too.

He created this incredible land, amazing creatures, & beautiful people...yet because of sin we have fallen so far down into this hole. And what's even worse is we keep digging deeper thinking we are going in the right direction when if we would just take the time, turn around & see His light, we could so easily come back to Him.
-Since when did we decide that "gay marriage" was acceptable & not a complete oxymoron.
-Since when did the media decide they knew what was socially acceptable.
-Since when did we think it was okay to elect a man to lead Americans when he hates it & everything that it stands for?
-Or how about deciding when life begins in the womb instead of what the Father says? Why is it okay to murder an innocent fetus, but not man?
-Since when did we decide that rapists get short term sentences when they've completely ruined the life of another.
-As for murderers, they get off because they have mental issues? No.
-Do away with the death penalty? Why, so you feel better & can sleep at night? What about the families affected by the death of their loved one? How do you think they feel?
-Who decided it would be okay to make our military, the individuals who give up their LIVES to protect this country, fight for nothing?

My heart just, doesn't understand. Imagine how the Father feels...He created something great & society has just decided He doesn't exist. We didn't get here from a big bang people, seriously.

Open your eyes to the direction this once great country is headed & allow the Father to change your heart. One by one we can bring America back to a country who looks to it's Creator for guidance, instead of a man full of sin.

He's preparing me to fight for His Kingdom!
